Our products are frozen at the time they are picked up and most deliveries will arrive still frozen. Our food bars can be refrigerated for 3-5 days after thawing, so if the products are thawed or partially thawed when you receive them, they will still be just fine to feed your pets, as the cooler box will have kept them as cold or colder than your refrigerator. Some companies ship thawed, we take that extra step to ship frozen to ensure it stays as cold as possible during transit. Upon receipt, any food bars not being fed within the next day or two should be frozen and thawed before feeding.
We do not accept returns or credits after products are shipped, please confirm your acceptance of these terms prior to placing your order.
