Cancellation policy
You can manage your subscription order (edit the frequency of your recurring order, your pets' blends, your shipping address and method, or billing details) at any time prior to your order being processed by logging into your account here. You will receive notification of all upcoming recurring order charges (3) days in advance of order processing.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges - but, we always want to ensure your furry friend is happy. Cancelling or Editing Orders
Please reach out to our customer experience team at info@myperfectpetfood.com for assistance. We are not able to guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order once its been placed, but we will always do our best to accommodate requests. Please know, in some cases, it may be too late to make changes or cancellations.
