If you are not completely satisfied with the My Perfect Pet products, you can return the product or any unused portion — we ask that it be sent back overnight and completely frozen upon return within 5 days of the purchase.
Please note that sales tax and shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, unfortunately, it is not uncommon for return shipping fees to equal or exceed the cost of the product.
